DirecTV Delivers Concerts - Australian band INXS is part of DirecTV's Freeview for November. The group's show can be seen on channel 103 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in November. Plus, the program will be available on Thanksgiving Day. In addition, "Music in High Places" features the band Unwritten Law. This free program also can be seen on DirecTV channel 103 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in November - as well as Thanksgiving Day.

Pop Music Special Premieres on VH1 - More than 40 years after its invention, teen pop has never been more popular. A cautionary tale about the cost of becoming one of pop's expendable icons, "Bubblegum Babylon" explores the dark history and culture of carefully-crafted, sticky-sweet pop music directed toward teens - its songs, its bands, its commercialism, its undeniable relevance - from inside the bubblegum music machine. The two-hour VH1 special premieres Nov. 24 at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.

Sundance Salutes Five Films - Sundance Channel toasts the future of film with its December series “New Voices for the New Year,” presenting five feature debuts by new filmmakers. Representing the work of seven filmmakers - two duos and three individual writer/directors - these titles have won prizes as well as critical acclaim at numerous festivals nationwide. The series airs Dec. 27 through Dec. 31, with a different title premiering each night at 9 p.m. and culminating with a marathon of the five films starting at 9 p.m. on Dec. 31.

Is INXS anything like their former self before lead singer Michael Hutchence hung himself 5 years ago? I thought they were here for Summerfest but missed the reviews.
