If you find incomplete programing information, just about all Program Guide Listings for Cable, Dish, U-Verse go through a company called Tribune Media Services. They handle all of the guide data:
Here is the website contract information for Tribune Media:
http://www.tribunemediaservices.com/contact-us/
The person that you want to contact is Ms. Julia Young in Scheduling information, if you see any information in your guides that is not accurate:
Her E-Mail address is: jyoung@tribune.com. She does a great job! In fact, as long as you are professional in your requests, I have seen listings corrected within days of contacting her, and she will personally answer your e-mail too.
She needs the following to correct listings:
1.) The name of your TV Provider
2.) Your location, specifically zip codes are most helpful.
3.) The Date and Times the Series or show is/are scheduled to air
4.) The Time Zone You are in
5.) What the program description currently says
6.) What the program description SHOULD say.
I was going to contract her because, The Bob Newhart Show on ME-TV has not had episode listings for a very long time. Generally, on the cable guides, if you see a generic description or none at all, this is their back up data when their show/episode data is not available.
I have seen listings corrected within three business days of requests. Generally, if the guide software can accept the data, it should be on there.

I just noticed tonight (on DISH, with program description) that CONAN is just showing reruns the next two weeks....nice gig if you can get it :(
Yeah, I know it is college football bowl game season, and I watch some, too, but, my god the man has only been on the air since early November
