Hey All,

In my research, I found a TWC Navigator on-screen guide feedback form. Even though it says, "Northeast" these comments go to corporate. Here is the form:

With regard to the above, I thought maybe you would like to see what I wrote. Since you cannot use the Enter Key to type in the form, I have formatted my response here for easier readability:

Greetings TWC,

I consider the Navigator Guide to be average at this time. There are too many missing elements that need to be added. These include: Keyword Search, Guide Filtering, and Manual Recording. Furthermore, the speed on the HDC boxes is too slow. HDMI handshake issues are still a problem from time to time when box is powered on. (i.e Mode not supported.) Incomplete or incorrect guide data sometimes, missed recordings. More uniform update roll-outs across divisions need to be addressed ASAP.
