I have been having billing problems for the last 3 months with D*. Tonight i received an email saying there was an outstanding balance on my bill. It was jut paid so i don't know how a balance is possible. I called them around 11:30 p.m. (yeah, i work 2nd shift) to see what was up. Normally I would call in the morning.
I was delighted on two aspects of my phone call. First i was told i had a credit on my account of $10. So i inquired as to the email I received today. She then offered me 3 months of Showtime for my troubles... I was shocked. I said yes, but make damn sure i don't get charged and have proper credits on my account for those 3 months. I never did get an answer about my email question, oh well.
I think i will caller later at night now, first time i was pleased with a phone call to them in quite a while.
