Hang-up calls from TWC!

I keep getting hang-up calls from TWC. Caller ID doesn't give a name, but I Google the phone number and it's them. I pick up the phone and nobody answers. I let it go to the answering machine and they don't leave a message!

And about once every 2 months they call and I get an automated message advertising their voicemail service. Very annoying! :mad:

We were getting these at all hours of the day as well, very annoying.

If you have the time to sit through TWC's voicejail + forever-hold, you can actually get customer service to remove you from the "auto notification" for these new features, etc....

It took three calls for us to finally stop getting phone-spammed.

So I have to call them to get them to stop harrasing me?! sigh. I guess if that's what it takes.

Thats what I did. Those hang ups were ****in annoying.

I don't even understand the point of the calls- if they're sales calls, shouldn't they be.. y'know.. talking?! Or leaving a message? They do neither.

Yesterday I got a call from a real live person at TWC telling me that my voice mail service would be turned on soon (?) despite the fact that I had never requested such a service. He got an earful from me, needless to say.
