WISN - Audio out of sync

Noticed for the last week or so that WISN's audio on their newcast is out of sync. Anybody else notice?

I just got a new audio receiver, Onkyo SR-705, and remember reading that the receiver may be the cause of the audio delay, but all the other stations are in sync.

My parents have the Onkyo 875 and have received the same issue with WISN. OTA direct to the TV, with Optical output to the AVR...have tried a bunch of things, but it seems that it has something to do with the station from time to time. With the TV speakers it was doing the same thing. It seemed to happen much more during non-HD broadcasted shows. As of now, they are just dealing with it...
