Has anyone else got this box for HD. Since the upgrade to the new system the Mute and Closed Captioning doesn't work. Is it the new firmware or do I have a bad box now???

Did the new software/ui come down recently? I was told by a TW rep that it would happen mid-month. I haven't checked my 3250 box as I watch 95% of my HD on my 8300 DVR.

I've had it on the 3250 for a month or so already.

Is the new ui a significant/easily noticeable difference? I checked last night. The guide on my 3250 looks the same as it ever has....I think.:confused:

then you probably don't have it yet...you'd notice. Callerid is in it and they changed a lot of things. I like the caller id but hate the rest of the interface.

Did you get this resolved yet Greg?

I recently exchanged my SA 3100HD for the 3250HD. It came pre-loaded with the new navigation software (my 3100 was updated ~4 months ago). I have the 3250 going to my Onkyo TX-SR674 receiver. I am able to mute, but I never use the tv speakers, always via the receiver.
