I was there on Sunday and checked out this very futuristic looking 40" LCD TV from Panasonic. Played with it a little, picture looked surprisingly good with the crap demo-loop BB runs. VERY cool looking, and was on a sweet looking stand, Looked very 21st century or something. Price was not outrages...$2999. Not too shabby for brand new technology (atleast in this size) The only problem (and you will have the same problem with any fixed pixel display) is that it didn't resolve black as well as it should compared to a CRT TV. Blacks definitly had a almost blue tint to it...I am not sure if that is something that can be calibrated or not.
Chack it out! I will say that the sleek look of it made me envious. As great as a picture as my Mits has...it still is a big, bulky black box.
