WTMJ-DT on TWC 504 Problems?

Last night I was having severe problems with WTMJ-DT on Time Warner cable channel 504.

Now I think I may have a faulty 3100HD box, and TWC have a replacement for me that I will pick up Tomorrow, but I would like to ask if others suffered this, or was it just my receiver?

Watching ER last night, I was getting regular picture breakup and crackly sound. Several times it was unwatchable to the point that I switched to the analog station.

Now I get crackly sound as well on PBS 710, but not on HBO HD 721, or WISN-DT 512 which was perfect all last night. So I can not determine if it was my receiver or not.

I note that Sean has said that TWC is currently picking up WTMJ via OTA recievers.

So, so others get breakup last night with their OTA receivers? Did other TWC customers get breakup on their boxes?

This will help me track down my problems.

I didn't have any problems during ER on TWC 504. The video did breakup once during Leno though. I have never received crackly sound on any of the HD channels either. Sounds like you may have a faulty box.

Kerry, No break ups OTA.

I did have problems with ER last night. Don't know when it exactly was, but the video broke up and then the audio went completely out for a time period.

I had problems with ER last night as well. Every few minutes the picture and sound would cut out. I'll cut them some slack since they've only been up for a few days.

The fiber is now feeding WTMJ-DT to Time Warner as of mid afternoon Friday.
