NYPD Blue has been one of my "can't miss" programs for many years. Seeing it last night for the first time in Hi Def was fantastic! Beautiful picture with great 5.1 sound track! I've noticed, however, that when 34-1 goes to non-hi def material (e.g., commercials, the news, etc.)dialog doesn't come from the center speaker, but from the front main speakers.
Paul (our new best friend), is this a glitch that will be corrected, or something we'll need to learn to live with with 5.1?
Has anybody else noticed this?...and Paul, thanks for all your input in these forums.
