November 1st Looms

Now that WISN is up and running the next "big event" will be Nov. 1 st when Channels 18 and 24 are scheduled to go live as well as WJJA 48, WPXE 40, and WWRS 43. Taking my cue from Tom Snyder, I will start holding my breath at 12:00 AM on 11-1-02 and start my scanning. Can someone help me with the 9-1-1 call?
