8300 and Sound Problems

Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. I have a Samsung DLP and have recently gone to an HDMI to HDMI connection from the 8300 to my TV. The picture and sound are quite incredible. However some times when I turn my TV on, there is a burst of sound and I lose the picture. I need to reboot the 8300 and everything is fine. Not sure what the issue may be. Any thoughts?

I have had the 8300 for quite some time using HDMI... Just last night I noticed no sound... I figured TWC sent down a patch disablinig something (figured that was it because the HD channels are now differnent)...

I will play with it tonight.
