(Since this isn't HD I don't know if this is the right section...)
We recently ordered the Starz package, and right away, and mostly (maybe only) on the main Starz channel, I notice a lot of "blips" in the audio. Hard to describe... kind of like if you encoded an mp3 from a dirty audio cd. It does it both when passing DD5.1 thru to my receiver, and if I use the box's stereo output to the tv's built-in audio.
Any ideas?
