Tivo / Dvd Recorder???

Rca makes a non tivo DVR with a built in DVD player, that will not only record and store tv shows, but it's hard drive is also able to store mp3 music files and jpeg picture files. It will also store entire movies off a DVD. This is cool. My question to the masses is this;

Is there anything out there that is; :confused:
"TIVO" (prefferably HD capable, but not a must) :confused:
DVD player (prefferably burner also, but not a must)
Mp3 music storage :confused:
Jpeg storage :confused:
