Where did channel 8 go?

Has anyone seen channel 8 today. My RCA box takes me to channel 10 and that is it. Is it my system?

It's there in it's 5 part glory....if you still don't receive it try a rescan, could be a glitch in your box.

There is a known software problem with channel 10's digital switch. It happens when a switch to PBS high definition occurs. In fact, at 6:35pm tonight I saw dead air in high definition. No multicasting and no high def either. That is what occurs when the problem occurs. My receiver then decides there is no channel digital channel to receive and indicates "no signal". I tried to contact channel 10 but the switchboard was closed.
