New Digital Stations

After checking titan tv I see that the next station scheduled to go live (at least for the westsiders) is WMSN in Madison-Fox11. Set for next Tuesday, Oct. 1st. Their website says Nov. 1st so who's right.
Next up after that is WISN for Oct. 15th assuming that date is right. And it looks like the real big day will be Nov. 1st when 18 and 24 should be up. Anyone want to give me odds on whether this is going to happen this way?

Well, the FCC has yet to approve ANY second CP Extension requests. I think they were waiting for the legislative stuff that was supposed to happen yesterday. However, as someone pointed out, Sinclair already has budgeted fines for fiscal 2002. I talked with someone at Sinclair Corporate, a pretty decent fellow actually, who personally checked with 18 and 24 and they both told him Nov. 1. If that was a line from him or them I don't know, but that's what he claimed they said.
