New SA 8300 HD What's next

So my 8000 fried and I got a new 8300 today, I was reading all the posts about this box, so what is next? Instead of the composite I have now, what should I move to?

You're using composite? Are you sure you don't mean component (3 plugs for video - red, green, and blue)? If so, go with HDMI! That's an all digital connection. Depending on your tv, you may or may not notice an improvement in the quality over the component connection, I just use it to free up a component port for my Xbox.
