Finally, we have a little bit of success. If they fail to meet the deadline then the FCC should fine WISN everyday after the 5/1 deadline and give the Milwaukee consumers the money in the form of refunds/coupons for DTV receivers.

So what does dismissed actually mean? Does it imply that they better find a way to get their signal up or else. Or else what? Are their fines to be given. I really hope this gets them off of their pathetic butts. ABC is really needed in this area. If they cannot run a decent station then they should sell out to somebody more competent. Better tomorrows I hope.
