I don't know if this is only related to the RCA receivers but with the onset of the summer weather and tropospheric enhancement of long range signals, I'm not having daily problems with 28 and 46 and even 8 being zapped by analogue signals and having to reenter the channels or rescan. This is especially evident on WTMJ due to their not being on the air 24 hours per day. My receiver sees an analogue signal and deletes the digital from the list. Anyone with the other STB's seeing this type of problem. If not I think it's time for RCA to do some firmware upgrades (seeing as the receiver is upgradeable over the air/phoneline).

Curious minds want to know.

No problems here with my RCA DTC-100.

Matter of fact I'm suprised that 58 (1-1) hasn't completely disappeared with all the leaves on the trees. It still hangs up and pixelates too much to even watch so it might as well be gone, but even with the weak, periodic signal, it still stays mapped.

It could also be that I'm actually using a TV antenna. My antenna is on the top of my 50' tower with a preamp...so I'm probably getting a lot more signal.....every so often I can receive some of the DT's in Chicago.
