WTMJ News Delayed Saturday Night

I have my DVR set to record the 6 and 10 o'clock news each night on WTMJ. On Saturday night at 6pm, WTMJ was running Wheel of Fortune with a crawl "due to technical difficulties, Wheel of Fortune will air at 6:00PM. Stay tuned for Today's TMJ4 Live at 6:00. It will air at 6:30pm. "

The newscast started at 6:30pm with no explanation of the issue.

I can't ever remember a time when technical difficulties preempted a newscast. Maybe someone with a longer memory than me can recall another such incident.

I caught part of their news on Saturfday, dont remember if it was 5:00 or 6:00, they mentioned something about having problems, they came out of a break with the normal bumper, but without audio, then cold to the anchor, who said they were still working on problems.

I didnt stop, i was just flipping stations, and continued flipping...
