For westsiders mainly and anyone interested in Mad City DTV - WMSN, Fox 47 (Sinclair) has posted a notice on their website about their DTV plans. Nov. 1st is their start up but what is interesting is the picture of the tower and the explanation of how and where all the stations are located on it. Take a look.

From the article date Feb. 1999
WISN-TV (Channel 12) has formulated a plan to beef up its 30-year-old tower with additional bracing and also extend its height, but the project requires government approval and is opposed by WDJT-TV (Channel 58).
Three damn years, atleast five if you count when this decision was passed, and WISN had to get an extension. I'm sorry guys but I really dont think we are going to see WISN on the air digitally ANY time soon. http://www.milwaukeehdtv.org/ubb/mad.gif
