TWC 2000HD

For those of you out there with Time Warner cable and the Scientific Atlanta 2000HD box, do you experience loss of the program guide (every channels says "no data") or the box locking up (either just plain not allowing you to change channels, power off, etc.; or locking up with a BR17 code on the box)? The horrible analog picture has been well documented with the SA2000HD, but I was curious if others were having any of the other problems.

It's also well known that losing the program guide and lockups are something that is specific to the 2000HD box. From what I've seen on other forums, it's one of the many reasons why the 3100HD box is preferred.

And yes, I've seen it happen on my box. It is mildly annoying to say the least.
