Apparently, Liz Talbot, formerly co-anchor of Channel 18 news with Duane Gay back in the 80's and 90's got busted for shoplifting in Florida...

It's kinda sad... I knew Liz when she was here in Milwaukee. I was PD at WEZW and we signed deal to have them do our news.

I didn't report this with any "joy." Ya always like to know "what ever happened to so and so."

You always like to see success stories, but not everyone has those. But it's always interesting to see how celebrities deal with success and failure.

Duane Gay's story is a case in point... sad but so inspiring. He and Teri are really special people... and are a great example for us all.

And then there's Liz. :(

How is Duane Gay these days. I haven't heard anything about him. Makes me wonder if the guy is still alive. Is he still being treated for cancer? I know he is a pretty sick guy.
