I figured out why that at the end of NewsCentral 18 at 10:00 pm why it says "WCGV, Inc.". While watching WVTV do weekly transmitter maintenence Tuesday morning at 5:00 am they do the sign off the air routine and said "WVTV is owned and operated by WCGV, Inc." WVTV signs off the air or ceases programming for 30 minutes between 5:00 am until 5:30 am on Tuesday mornings.
