Hey Milwaukee Stations....take a look at ESPN-HD and the wonderful picture and quality of motion....tonight.
No problems, no artifacting, no pixelating...just gorgeous football. Now let's hope they can hold on in the second half and win against Ohio.

Just a lot of green screens and lockups due to the storm interfering with the DirecTV satelllite signal in the secoind half. :(

The pixelations are there. You don't have a 720p native set, so the picture is somewhat filtered from up-conversion. It's more noticeable on my set from up close and less if I set the output to 1080i from the receiver.

PQ on Dish Network was close to excellent. Only 3-4 times some slow motions effects (looked like a taped show) happened.
Badgers were great!
Now - Go Packers!

I wouldn't put it all on the upconverting...Mine is a RPTV while you are watching on a LCD and LCD as slow and prone to pixelating. I watched a game last week on a DLP set that had the same problems with fast motion programming.
( A side note to Tom....I didn't have any dropouts at all during the downpours with the storm. Since I put up the new dish and use the SAT-HD200 reception has been 100% solid. I'm sure some monster storm or snow will end this but for now I for one am totally pleased. Plus on Friday they delivered our Leather Sofa and Leather reclining Love Seat and the wife and I no longer have to fight over who gets to sit where.....just loverly! )

Discovered my dish had moved a bit over time. I was only getting a 56 signal strength. Fortunately, it's right outside my window, so I can lean out and adjust it, while I'm watching the signal strength on the screen... Once I got it better aligned I was fine.
