March Madness ??????

I have timewarner cable tv just outside of milwaukee. I know there are going to be 12 hdtv march madness games. I know I will get the semis and final game in hdtv, but what about the other 9 games. 4 on friday, 2 the first sunday, and the other 3 the following weekend. Does anyone know what the situation is??

Directv's basketball packages are not HDTV..they are SD...the only way you can get it HD is through the local broadcast station ( or the TWC feed).
I don't know what games will be HD...I'm sure the info will be showing up in the next few days...but I would imagine probably not too many in the prelims and those would be high profile games. Not enough production trucks to go around...so if there is a high profile game at a certain venue..the rest of the games at that site should also be HD>

The way the CBS affiliates typically work is they show the game with the most local interest. Unless they show a different game on the HD CBS channel through TWC, you will be at their mercy regardless of what games are shown.
