Maybe you've heard them, two women talking about digital cable. One asks, "did you buy a digital TV?" The other responds, "no, don't need one with...."

Someone's head should be put on a platter for this. Better yet, a public flogging.

I'm SOOOO mad right now! Nothing but the epitome of ignorance and arrogance.

I ask all of you that have TWC to cancel and switch to DirectTV or Dish.

Too late. I got on the "Time Warner is a flaming pile of ****" bandwagon a long time ago. The last time I had Time Warner was '96.

Actually those of you wanting to do this should tell TWC that it's because of this ad that you're canceling.

The media buyers at Colder's and American should be made aware of this... They run spots on TW Cable. It's probably a case of the TW's right hand (PR and marketing) not knowing what the left hand (spot sales) is doing.

If I'm a store that sells Digital TV's I now have to run more spots to overcome the misinformation that TW is desseminating, and despite that, TW wants me to spend money with them?

With some helpful advice from Mike and JimmyBond, I've made the switch also.

I wish that I could make the switch, but I live in an apartment that faces North. My options are quite limited at the moment. At least I'll be able to watch the Sopranos in HD when the new season starts in Sept.

Please refer to website www.twtampabay.com/hdtv.cfm (http://www.twtampabay.com/hdtv.cfm) Please note that this TWC web site informs subscribers intelligently about what HDTV is and how they need a HDTV for real digital not the crap TWC Milwaukee is advertising. My guess is that the Milwaukee TWC office thinks Milwaukee folks are idiots and fools and too cheap to buy a digital set. Their website does not even display how to hook up a box for digital and what box they might generally use. TWC is not seeing Tampa (or the Houston market) as they view Milwaukee and I believe THAT is why you have all the B.S. and BAD information and no digital HD channels except for SHO & HBO. Note: 2 channels each of SHO and HBO in Houston. (Note: they have 9 channels of HDTV!) Milwaukee's may be a fine city but its business attitude is that its customers are stupid idiots!
