Well, I found some interesting links. First the good news (I guess) is that the FCC doesn't recognize WITI as being on the air. The link is here. Channels 4 and 10 are listed as on the air while 6 and 58 have Special Temporary Authorities. The bad news is that this doesn't give us too much recourse with the FCC. As I understand it STA's are for stations in "testing" mode so to speak. This means 6 is in compliance with where they are telling the FCC where their at. About all that leaves us with is complaining to Faux 6 in some hopes to annoy them. Oh, and obviously not watch them.
