As the Forum description states, this area is not for personal auctions, but for the fund raising purposes to support the group.
Posts containing items to be auctioned will be moderated before being posted, so if you begin an auction, keep in mind that it won't show up immediately.
We're evaluating a few auction software packages at the moment, and some day we may have a better way of doing these... we may even open it up to pulbic auctions.
But for now, this is how it is.
